New Flight Suit Bag!

 Sorry everyone for not posting for a few days. On Friday night we made two emergency trips to the ER vet for our dog Lucy. Turns out the poor baby has epilepsy and has to be on meds. She was being observed for 24 hours throughout Saturday and into Sunday. She needed constant supervision to make sure she wasn't going to have another seizure or have a negative reaction to her meds. I am happy to announce that she has been doing very well! Looks like I have my crafting buddy back!

I was asked to make a fellow Air Force wife a bag of her own. This bag took me a little over 4 hours to complete.

That time would have been shorter if I was paying a little attention :) I wouldn't have made as many mistakes and needed to back track :)







She gave me the flight suit and one yard of fabric. I used all the fabric and made a cute bow to feminize the boxy look.

I also made a divider in the middle with the inner fabric and placed a pocket on it.

There are three inside pockets total. I also made a sleek pocket for the outside to slip a cell phone in.
